Google’s DeepMind division has released AlphaEvolve, a Gemini-powered AI agent for using large language models (LLMs) for math and practical applications with automated evaluators.¹

What Google has announced as “evolutionary”, AlphaEvolve, is DeepMind’s latest AI coding agent with what it describes as being able to design and optimize advanced algorithms. Google even stated in the announcement of AlphaEvolve being able to increase its own data center efficiency and chip creation process.
